Track Your Order
Every AutoRiven shipment includes a unique tracking number and courier name so you can follow your delivery from dispatch to arrival. Tracking is handled directly through the courier’s system for the most accurate, real-time updates.
Check Your Email for Tracking Details
Once your order leaves the dismantler’s facility, you will receive an automatic email from info@autoriven.eu containing:
- Your tracking number
- The courier company name (FedEx, UPS, DHL, DPD, GLS, Raben, Hellmann, etc.)
- A direct tracking link (when supported)
If you cannot find your tracking email, please check:
- Your Spam or Promotions folder
- Your email search (try typing “AutoRiven” or “tracking”)
If the email is still missing, contact us with your order number:
Track Your Parcel Online
You can track your shipment in two ways:
Option A – Using the Courier’s Official Website
Visit the courier’s website and enter your tracking number in the “Track Shipment” or “Tracking” section:
- FedEx: fedex.com
- UPS: ups.com
- DHL: dhl.com
- DPD: dpd.com
- GLS: gls-group.com
- Raben / Hellmann / Geodis: via their official tracking portals
Option B – Universal Tracking Platform
You can track almost any shipment in one place using:
Simply enter your tracking number and select the courier shown in your tracking email. Ship24 supports global tracking for FedEx, UPS, DHL, DPD, GLS, and many other logistics companies.
Delivery Time Estimates
Typical delivery times for AutoRiven orders:
- Europe: 2–6 business days
- International: 5–10 business days
If tracking shows no movement for several days, check the courier’s latest update. If no update appears after 5–7 business days, contact us and we will investigate the issue directly with the shipping company.
Problems with Tracking?
Please reach out to us if:
- The tracking link does not work
- Your tracking number is not recognized
- No updates appear after 7 business days
To assist you faster, include:
- Your order number
- Your tracking number (if available)
- The courier name

Important Notes
- Tracking numbers may take 24–48 hours to activate after dispatch, depending on the courier.
- If your order includes multiple parts, they may ship from different dismantlers — each with its own tracking code.
- We cannot change the delivery address once a parcel has been shipped.
- If the parcel arrives damaged, ask the courier to mark it as “Accepted with Reservation” before signing, and report it immediately.
