These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website autoriven.eu, owned and operated by AutoZ Sp. z o.o. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms in full.

Scope of Service
AutoRiven specializes in the sale of tested used OEM car parts sourced from verified dismantlers across Europe. We are not a marketplace—all items are sold directly by AutoZ Sp. z o.o.
Our services include:
- Aggregating real stock from dismantlers
- Verifying part details, OEM codes, and condition
- Managing orders, payments, and logistics
- Providing customer support and documentation
Product Information
We strive to provide accurate images, OEM numbers, and descriptions. However, due to the used nature of parts, minor signs of wear may occur.
Product listings include real photos of the exact part or an equivalent item. If an ordered part becomes unavailable, we may offer:
- An equivalent replacement of similar condition, or
- A full refund at the customer's request
Customers should verify compatibility using OEM reference numbers or by contacting us with their VIN.
Prices and Taxes
- All prices are listed in EUR (€), VAT included where applicable.
EU Customers:
- Private customers pay the full VAT-inclusive price.
- Business customers with valid VIES-verified VAT numbers may purchase without VAT.
Non-EU Customers:
- Orders are VAT-exempt.
- Local duties or import taxes may apply and are the buyer's responsibility.

- Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express) + Apple Pay & Google Pay
- PayPal
- Bank transfer (upon request)
All payments are encrypted and PCI DSS compliant. AutoRiven does not store payment card data.
Order Processing and Confirmation
When you place an order, you will receive:
- An order confirmation email
- An automatic invoice
- A shipping confirmation with tracking
Processing time: 1–2 business days
Delivery time: 2–10 business days, depending on destination.
Orders placed before 9:00 AM (Poland time) may qualify for FedEx Express delivery.
Shipping and Delivery
We ship worldwide using:
- FedEx
- UPS
- DHL
- DPD
- GLS
- Raben
- Hellmann
- AmberExpress
- Geodis
If a parcel arrives visibly damaged:
- Request a “delivery with reservation” note, or
- Refuse the parcel and contact us immediately
International Regulations:
Certain countries have restrictions on importing used car parts. We verify customs rules before shipping. If additional documentation or prepayment of duties is required, we will contact you before dispatch.
Returns and Refunds
Returns are accepted within 14 business days only if:
- The item is defective or incorrect
- The part does not match the description
Returns for customer mistakes (wrong model, wrong OEM code) are not accepted.
Refunds are issued within 14 business days after inspection. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless AutoRiven is at fault.
Warranty
All parts include a 30-day warranty covering functional defects only.
The warranty does not cover:
- Improper installation
- Damage after delivery
- Electrical issues caused by incorrect programming
- Normal wear or cosmetic imperfections
If the part fails within the warranty period, we will:
- Send a replacement (if available), or
- Issue a refund within 5 business days
Liability Disclaimer
AutoRiven is not liable for:
- Installation errors
- Delays caused by couriers or customs
- Damage due to misuse or modifications
Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased product.
Privacy and Data Protection
We process personal data in accordance with GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679). For full details, refer to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland and the European Union. Any disputes will be resolved by the competent courts in Warsaw, Poland.
