At AutoRiven, we provide safe, transparent, and reliable worldwide delivery for all tested used OEM auto parts. Every order is prepared and shipped directly from our network of professional dismantlers across Europe. We work exclusively with trusted international couriers to ensure fast and secure transport.
General Shipping Policy
We ship to most regions worldwide using certified logistics partners. All orders are:
- Processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation
- Dispatched directly from the dismantler’s facility
- Delivered within 2–10 business days, depending on destination
Every order includes a tracking number and delivery confirmation sent straight to your email.
Couriers and Logistics Partners
To guarantee speed and security, AutoRiven collaborates only with reputable international couriers.
Standard parcel couriers:

Heavy / large shipments (Europe):

Customers receive tracking information as soon as the part is handed over to the courier.
Express Delivery (FedEx Express)
For urgent orders, FedEx Express can be selected at checkout (where available). Most express orders placed before 9:00 AM Poland time are:
- Processed the same day
- Delivered within 24–72 hours internationally
Packaging and Safety
Each dismantler prepares and secures the parts for transport using protective packaging to reduce the risk of damage.
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged:
- Ask the courier to mark the shipment as “Accepted with Reservation”, or
- Refuse delivery and inform us immediately
Please report any damage within 24 hours to info@autoriven.eu and attach clear photos of the parcel and item.
If the parcel is accepted without reservation, we may not be able to file a courier damage claim.
Combined or Split Shipments
Because our inventory is sourced from multiple professional dismantlers:
- Your order may arrive in separate packages
- Each shipment will have its own tracking number
Customs and International Deliveries
Some destinations require special customs procedures for used automotive parts. Before shipping abroad, our logistics team works with customs brokers to:
- Verify import rules and restrictions
- Clarify required documents
- Estimate potential duties or taxes
Most international destinations require the buyer to pay duties and taxes on arrival. In some countries, stricter rules may apply, and we may contact you before shipment to confirm:
- Import conditions
- Required paperwork
- Possible advance payments for customs clearance
Shipments leave our facilities only once all customs conditions are satisfied to ensure a smooth delivery.
AutoRiven is not responsible for:
- Customs delays
- Local storage fees
- Import taxes
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs depend on:
- Your destination country
- The size and weight of the package
- Delivery type (standard or express)
Rates are automatically calculated at checkout using live courier pricing.
Tracking and Delivery Confirmation
After your order is dispatched, you will receive:
- A tracking link via email
- SMS or email updates directly from the courier (where supported)

Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your parcel appears delayed:
- Check the courier tracking page first
- If no update appears for 7 business days, email us at info@autoriven.eu
We will open an investigation with the courier and keep you updated until the issue is resolved.
