Yes. All parts sold by AutoRiven are original OEM components, sourced from dismantled vehicles across Europe and tested before sale. We do not sell replicas or non-OEM items.
The best way to confirm compatibility is by checking the OEM reference number printed on your existing part. You can inspect the component directly or contact your dealer to provide the OEM reference. If you're unsure, you can also send us your VIN number and vehicle model and our team will verify compatibility for you.
Yes, AutoRiven specializes exclusively in tested used OEM auto parts. Our inventory is updated continuously as new vehicles are dismantled across Europe.
Yes. Every part is visually inspected, function-tested, photographed, and documented before being listed for sale. Electronic components are verified during dismantling when possible.
Yes. All parts purchased from AutoRiven include a 30-day warranty from the date of delivery. If your part is defective, we will replace it if available or provide a refund.
Some electronic components, such as ECUs, ABS modules, instrument clusters, and steering racks, may require coding or adaptation by a qualified technician for full compatibility.
Orders and Purchases
Add the part to your cart, proceed to checkout, enter your details, and choose your payment method. The process is secure and only takes a few minutes.
No. You can place an order as a guest. All details, including your invoice and tracking number, will be emailed to you.
We accept Stripe, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and debit/credit cards. All payments are protected using SSL encryption.
Yes, bank transfer is available on request. Please contact us before placing your order so we can confirm availability and prepare your invoice.
No, we do not offer Cash on Delivery. High rates of uncollected COD shipments make this service unreliable for heavy auto parts.
You may request a change or cancellation within 24 hours of purchase, provided your item has not been shipped yet. Please email us at info@autoriven.eu.
Yes. A digital invoice is automatically emailed to you once your order is shipped.
Yes. Our stock grows daily and many parts are available before being listed. Email us at info@autoriven.eu with your OEM code or VIN and we will check availability.
Shipping and Delivery
Standard delivery usually takes 2 to 10 business days depending on the destination. Express shipping via FedEx Express is available for orders placed before 9:00 AM (Poland time) and typically arrives within 24–72 hours.
We ship using trusted international partners including FedEx, UPS, DHL, DPD, GLS, Raben, Hellmann, AmberExpress, and Geodis.
Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number and direct tracking link via email.
Most parts are stored at dismantler facilities across Poland. Pickups may be possible in some cases, so please contact us to confirm availability.
No. We only ship using our contracted couriers to ensure insurance coverage and safe transport of auto parts.
Yes, we ship globally. However, some countries have import restrictions or customs limitations, for example Israel, Brazil, Russia, and Ukraine. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for details.
If you are outside the European Union, customs duties and import taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
Returns and Refunds
Returns are accepted within 14 business days only if the part received is incorrect or defective. Customer purchase errors such as wrong OEM code, wrong side, or wrong model are not eligible for return.
If your parcel appears damaged, inform the courier and ask them to mark it as “accepted with reservation.” Then send us photos within 24 hours at info@autoriven.eu. If a parcel is accepted without reservation, couriers do not allow damage claims and we cannot file insurance.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are issued within 14 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable except in cases where AutoRiven is at fault, such as when the wrong item is shipped.
Warranty and Replacement
The warranty covers functional defects of used parts for 30 days from the delivery date. It does not cover wear, cosmetic imperfections, or faults caused by incorrect installation.
If the same part is available, we will send a replacement immediately. If it is not available, we will issue a refund within 5 business days after confirmation.
Yes. Each component is verified, photographed, and packed securely to match the listing and ensure proper functionality before shipping.
